RED 505 - Land Use&Public Entitlement Pr
Covers a basic understanding of the legal and practical zoning and governmental land entitlement process. Examines the legal history, structure, and implications of zoning, as well as the fundamentals of "real life" situations that occur in the entitlement and real estate development field. Provides a broad overview of this process from a legal and development viewpoint, but is not intended to be a comprehensive analysis of all entitlement issues.
