With William Nganje and Nicholas Lee "Identification of the Attributes of an Effective, Private-Sector Funded, State-Branding Program," Grant-sponsored research; data for first stage has been collected. Anticipated submission to Agribusiness fall 2008.
With Christopher Wharton "The Role of Community Supported Agriculture: Talking with Current, Former, and Nonmembers," First stage in a much larger stream of research designed to explore the role of CSA's in the food system: their effect on social values, their environmental and economic impact, and their relation to attitudes regarding food safety and security. Focus groups and expert interviews have been conducted.
With William Nganje, Nancy Childs and Jill Maher "Consumers' Perceptions of risk: The case for Mercury-in-Fish Warning Disclosures," Data has been collected. Anticipated submission 2008-2009 academic year.

AGB 321 - Agribusiness Marketing II
Focuses on food and consumer products marketing at an intermediate level. Covers strategic concepts such as situational analysis, planning and objectives, and target marketing and positioning. Illustrates both the theory and application of strategic decision making through case analysis.
